Gang Matters – receiving complaints and reporting to SIT for solutions.

Gang Disputes – arrange meeting to resolve and/or forward to SIT for decision.

Gang Meetings – preparing and forwarding notice of meetings, attend meetings.

Gang Rationalization – application to growers, execution by gangs and forward to SIT.

Increase in Harvesting Rates – prepare request to increase, valid reasons for increase and forward to FSC for necessary action.

Individual Harvesting – arrange release, liaise with FSC.

Additional Ticket Book – prepare requests, arrange release from gang, liaising with FSC and advising growers.

Burnt Cane – writing report, arranging with FSC/gangs for assistance.

Drainage – receiving report, forwarding to Drainage Board for considerations.

Cane Payment – apportionment of cane proceeds for share farming, estates, and liaising with FSC, banks, SCGF and other authorities.

Weedicide sales – facilitate sale of weedicides through SPF to growers. Orders issued by FSC and orders issued by Fair Trade Associations. Types of weedicides –Durion 80, Glyphosate 360, Amine 720 and Valpar King.

Knife Sales – combo package including 1 knife, 1 file and a pair of hand gloves.

Bond Disputes – arrange meeting to resolve upon receiving complaints.

Crop Damage – assess damage and refer to Small Claims Tribunal if disputed.

Drought – assess and report to relevant authorities.

District/Sector Committee Meetings - arrange meetings with FSC and assess performance and problems.

Joint Cut Off Meeting – meeting with FSC in respect of harvesting and transportation.
